At the beginning of 2016 years come into force amendments to the Labour Code. They aim to organize issues related to parenthood leave by, among others, elimination of additional maternity leave, the use of parental leave and combine them with work, increase the powers fathers or harmonized rules on the payment of maternity benefits. The changes also apply to Art. 188 of the Labour Code. It will be possible to use the annual exemption from work due to raising at least one child aged up to 14 years, not only in days (2 days), but also in hours (16 hours).

New restrictions will be subject to the rules of concluding fixed-term contracts (up to 3 contracts while maintaining the 33-month time limit).

These changes are not ready most HR systems. Thus, the system WTMS-ONE PlanQ will be one of the few in which the new regulations will start from the moment of their entry into force.
